The HR track and Colorado Gold Rush 2013 is an opportunity to learn about Transgender issues as it relates to company policies, employment law, and the employee themselves.  Get information about gender from a professor, employment law and policy from a lawyer, a Transgender employee’s perspective on the job or looking for a job, HR perspective from someone in the field, and personal experiences from people who have transitioned on the job.
