Dr Ousterhout's practice is located in San Francisco, California where he is full time Professor at USCF San Francisco, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, member in at least 18 medical societies worldwide. Past President of the Maxillofacial Surgeons and Pan Pacific Surgical Sociey. Founded one medical journal and was on the Editorial Board of four plastic surgery journals.
